The Polar Policy & Legal Affairs (PoPoLA) is a personal blog site dedicated to promote knowledge and dissemination on Polar regions. Blog posts in PoPoLA share popular information on the Polar regions - the Arctic, Antarctic and the Third Pole - concerning socio-cultural, environmental, legal, political and policy developments.
